Ford Engineering Inc

In 1978, eight years after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in civil engineering, Edwin R. Ford, P.E., R.P.L.S. established Ford Engineering Inc. This civil engineering and surveying firm was originally formed to primarily serve municipalities throughout central Texas. Mr. Ford has served as the municipal engineer of record for numerous cities including the cities of Schertz, Kirby, Marion, Cibolo, Converse, Hollywood Park, Gonzales, and the town of Santa Clara.

As additional opportunities arose, FEI began providing civil engineering, surveying, land development, drainage, water and wastewater design, and complex design services to private clients throughout Texas.

In August 1999, Regina L. Ford was promoted to the position of President of Ford Engineering, Inc. Under Mrs. Ford's direction the company became a certified small, women-owned and HUB business through the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency.

Mrs. Ford is currently the CEO of the firm and Mr. Ford as Principal provides QA/QC for engineering design.

The company president, Mark Hill, P.E., joined the firm in 2001. Mr. Hill is responsible for the day-to-day management of both the Engineering and Surveying departments.

Mr Hill's strong work ethic, loyalty, attention to detail and customer service is evident through client retention and the acquisition of new customers.
