When we say authentic Cuban food, we mean it. Our recipes have traveled all the way from the Oriente Province of Cuba, (today known as Santiago de Cuba) and arrived in the U.S with our founders in 1956. These original recipes have remained unchanged for generations. We present them to you in their original form, just as they were served in the province of our founder’s birth, and in old Havana in the 30’s, 40's and 50's, with an added twist. To preserve the flavor and integrity of true Cuban cuisine, we use ingredients that are organic, sustainable, and pasture-raised whenever possible. And of course, only 100% Non-GMO frying oil, and extra-virgin olive oil for cooking. Pure food made with pure ingredients. Just like the foods our founders were raised on.
