Hot Pot is a healthy Asian Cuisine prepared at the dinning table with a large variety of ingredients boiled in a simmering pot of soup stock. Hot Pot has been an essential dinning culture in Asia for hundreds of years, yet it’s been absent in the city of Bakersfield.

Our vision is to introduce great taste and the unique culturally enriched dinning experience to our diverse community here at Bakersfield.  Hot Pot Spot is a full-service, fast casual restaurant that caters to solo diners and group dinning. The new fast and simple hotpot concept allows diners to fully experience the unique dinning event without hustles.
