Jane’s Answering Service was founded in 1954 by Jane Cassady. In 1985 Jane’s was acquired by Dona and David Lloyd upon Jane’s retirement. Dona had worked since 1977 with Jane, and has carried on the high level service reputation of Jane’s to this day. Through the years Jane’s has acquired every other area answering service, and today is Monterey County’s only locally based service.

Without the multilayers of supervisors and management changes, problems and concerns are quickly fixed by our team. Jane’s has very low employee turnover, a limited number of clients, and we get to know our client’s specific needs and instructions.
