Certain items of independent, third-party codes that may be included in ArchList are subject to open source licenses (“Open Source Software”). Such open source software is licensed under the terms of the license that come with the Open Source Software. No content in the Agreement restricts your right under, or grants you rights that surpass the terms and conditions of any applicable end user license for such Open Source Software.

ArchList shall modify, suspend, or discontinue part of or the whole website any time with or without notice and shall not be liable to you or any third party.

Unless we disclosed any endorsement or partnership with owners, operators, or sponsors, inclusion of links does not mean ArchList agrees and allows trademark or logo use on linked websites. You agree to use all Third-Party Sites and Ads at your own risk.
